Mobility Scooter Belt
I borrowed my Grandads mobility scooter to go to the pub and on the way home was pulled over by the police ,?
after being breathalysed ( which was all clear ) they accused me of dangerous driving ( It was @ 2.30 in the morning no pedestrians or cars in sight ) , failing to stop at a red traffic signal , not having any lights for nightime use of a public highway , using a mobile phone whilst driving , not wearing a seat belt and other charges that may come into consideration , myself one thinks this is ridiculous and pathetic and one told the fuzz this when they stopped me also why wasn't they out catching proper criminals , if one is found guilty of these offences does anyone know if one could be banned from driving a car , many thanks .
you should have been driving on the sidewalk like proper folks do, you wouldn't have got a ticket then.
